About Trevor

I've owned and operated businesses in dairy farming, feedlot operations, construction, drainage, excavation, trucking, gravel, composting, flooring, and cabinetry. I've also developed property, including a mobile-home park in Canada and a home in Mexico. Much of that work happened at the same time, with several businesses and projects running alongside one another.

That meant managing people across different operations, coordinating projects, and deciding where my attention was needed most. I had to understand the work on the ground as well as how the businesses fit together. It's where I learned to make practical decisions, solve problems, and build systems that people could actually use.

Today, my focus is on property, development, technology, and sharing what I’ve learned. Through Vacation to Owner, I also work with a small number of consulting clients considering a move to Mexico or a property purchase here. I help them think through what they want, understand the practical steps, and work through the decisions and follow-through involved in making it happen.
